Duke University Patient Engagement Center is a new division of the health care system that supports primary care and hospital-based clinics. We are one of the largest health care networks in the greater Triangle area supporting 34 locations. The Engagement Center provides direct care to patients via telephone with the best medical assistants in the industry. 

  • Monday-Friday - 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
