About Duke HomeCare and Hospice.
When you join the team of Duke HomeCare and Hospice nurses, you will have all the resources of Duke Nursing available to you.  We offer hospice care to terminally ill patients in their home, skilled-nursing facilities, assisted-living facilities, and at our two inpatient facilities located in Hillsborough and Durham, North Carolina. Home health services are available to patients who are homebound and in need of nursing services, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and infusion services are provided at home or at work for individuals who need intravenous therapy.

*Weekend is defined as 3 PM Friday – 7:30 AM Monday; and you must work a minimum of two (2) hours per continuous shift within the weekend window to be eligible for the weekend premium.
